Responsibilities

Lead the design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring user-centered design principles are applied throughout the development cycleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project goals, and create intuitive and visually appealing user interfacesConduct user research and testing to gather insights and integrate user feedback into the design processCreate wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications, effectively communicating design concepts to stakeholders and development teamsStay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to continually improve the user experienceMentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growthCollaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts, providing support and guidance throughout the development phaseRequirementsBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on web and mobile applicationsProficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XDStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing designsExperience with user research and testing methodologies, including creating and conducting usability tests and interviewsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and justify design decisions to stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically about design solutionsFamiliarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plusBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceWork From HomePerformance BonusPaid Time Off
