    Description

    POSITION ) Senior BDM for core business

    Location: India (HYDERABAD), Gender:Male/Female

    Salary to be paid in US DOLLARS, 20000USD to 25000USD + Commission on each sale

    IMPORTANT- THE CANDIDATE WILL WORK AS A CONTRACTOR IN INDIA FOR THE US ENTITY. THE CONTRACT WILL BE RENEWABLE..FULL TIME ROLE, JOB SECURED

    Job Purpose:

    Senior BDM -

    To be responsible for developing new client opportunities from prospect to partner and to

    fully represent and build the brand and its core premium training programs in accordance with the company brand values and mission statement.

    Experience in selling to Enterprise, Corporate and Federal Government

    Preferably from IT/ITES or Cyber Security Sector

    Main duties and responsibilities:

    To build and maintain the brand and mission

    To manage and develop new client and partner relationships and raise awareness of the courses and training across the region

    Identity and recruit partners across region wherever applicable

    Translate Cyber Security industry developments into customer driven solutions

    Manage, deliver & exceed targets, KPI's and other set objectives

    Ability to differentiate our offerings against those of our competition to advantage

    To follow and understand the latest trends and developments in the cyber security industry

    Effectively support campaigns and events to help deliver revenue growth targets

    To develop and maintain an accurate sales forecast and robust pipeline

    Adhere to agreed sales processes and procedures

    To define and develop peer and executive relationships with the wider teams

    Carry out additional responsibilities as requested by the management team

    PERSON SPECIFICATION

    Essential Requirements:

    For Sr, BDM-PAN INDIA

    10 + years experience as a Business Development Manager

    Experience selling to Enterprise, Corporate and Federal Government

    Preferably from IT/ITES or Cyber Security Sector

    Experience in handling channel sales

    Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

    Self-motivated, tenacious and resilient in delivering business results and projects

    Ability to network and communicate at all levels both internally and externally

    Proven track record of delivering against targets within a telephone-based sales role

    Aligning and prioritising multiple demands

    Strong influencing and negotiation skills

    Computer literate competent in using all Microsoft Packages to a high standard

    Desirable

    An understanding of the Cyber Security industry
