Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as the Chief Technology Officer.

As a CTO at WebBuddy LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing software development projects, managing IT strategies, designing system architectures, and leading product development initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and the continuous improvement of our technology infrastructure.

QualificationsStrong background in Software Development, including knowledge of multiple programming languages and frameworksExperience in Project Management, with the ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budgetExpertise in IT Strategy, including defining technology roadmaps and aligning them with business goalsProficiency in System Architecture design, with the ability to create scalable and secure solutionsProven track record in Product Development, including defining product roadmaps and driving innovationExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
