    Job Overview

    VAPSNEST is looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads for our products and services. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
    • Ability to convince and persuade people
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
    • Good time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our products and services
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
    • Generate leads through effective communication and persuasive skills
    • Maintain a database of potential and existing customers
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success
    • Keep updated with product knowledge and company policies
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Follow-up with customers to ensure timely payment and renewals
