    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for retail loan products through cross-selling and enhancing client relationships.
    • Retail and expand the company's customer base for retail loan products to ensure repeat business and referrals.
    • Maximize sales through a network and relationships to ensure strong business performance.
    • Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients for repeat business and referrals.
    • Ensure files are processed from login stage to disbursement and collaborate with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
    • Optimize team productivity by effectively managing a team of relationship managers to achieve team results and meet business targets and profitability.
    • Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
    • Lead and supervise the team for implementing the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies.
    • Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
    • Provide feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market based on market knowledge and competition analysis.
    • Ensure compliance to all Audit/RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports as per company designed systems.

    Requirements

    A Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in any field is required for this role.
