Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Site Engineer (Machine Installation) to join our team at DCS Group in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Electrical Site Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and machinery on-site. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in electrical engineering.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in electrical engineering or machine installation
• Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and standards
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with electrical testing and measurement equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and electrical design software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and machinery on-site
• Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of electrical materials and equipment
• Train and mentor junior electrical technicians
• Document and report project progress, issues, and solutions
