    Job Requirement & Responsibilities

    • Should have 4 to 10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
    • Should have good knowledge and understanding of various software development lifecycle and test methodologies.
    • Responsible for providing facilitation to project teams on overall quality systems to ensure deployment of QMS practices and adherence to internal and external audit requirements.
    • Responsible for managing overall quality aspects and reviews: planning, verification and validation planning and execution, risk management, regulatory and compliance support.
    • Tailoring project process as per QMS, define metrics, collect and analyze data, conduct RCA's with project team, identify improvement action items and track them to closure.
    • Perform work product reviews, participate in project reviews, senior management reviews, customer reviews, prepare status reports and report to senior management.
    • Collect and analyze project data to create process performance baselines.
    • Identifying areas requiring quality improvement initiates and follows through action plan needed for implementation.
    • Demonstrated ability to implement new techniques and continuous process improvement programs in accounts.
    • Monitoring adherence to quality systems and ensuring compliance at various service levels, quality standards and maintaining requisite documents.
    • Conducting process audits and process reviews for ensuring strict adherence to the process parameters/ system as per defined guidelines
    • Conducting trainings for project teams on various quality aspects, standards, models and quality management system processes
    • Implementation experience of CMMI 1.3 level 5 practices and ensuring project compliance.
