- Develop a deep understanding of GlowRoad's products and services and effectively communicate their value proposition to external audiences.
- Monitor the performance of key sellers using relevant metrics, ensuring optimal results.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with sellers by providing valuable support and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, finance, catalog, logistics, product management) to drive program success.
- Establish seller launch, selection, and success targets, while proactively identifying potential escalation points and implementing corrective actions.
- Identify and define target industry verticals and potential sellers using industry expertise.
- Owning the integration of sellers into our portfolio and guiding them towards self-sufficiency through basic training.
- Foster a sense of ownership and accountability among team members, driving results-oriented performance.
