    Responsibilities:
    • Identifydevelop and nurture new business opportunities within the B2Bsector focusing on Refinery solutions.
    • Buildand maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders clients andindustry partners to foster collaboration and drive businessgrowth.
    • Conduct market research to identifytrends competitor activities and potential areas forexpansion.
    • Develop and implement strategicbusiness development plans to achieve sales targets andobjectives.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including marketing operations and finance to ensure seamlessexecution of business initiatives.
    • Prepare anddeliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing the companysproducts and services.
    • Negotiate and closehighvalue contracts and agreements ensuring favorable terms forboth parties.
    • Stay informed about industrydevelopments regulatory changes and emerging technologies toidentify business opportunities andrisks.
    • Provide regular updates and reports onbusiness development activities to seniormanagement.
    • Travel as needed to meet withclients attend industry events and explore newmarkets.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA is aplus.
    • Proven track record of 510 years in B2Bbusiness development with a focus on achieving and exceeding salestargets.
    • Experience in the Refinery is highlydesirable with a particular advantage for candidates withexperience in refineryrelated projects.
    • Strongunderstanding of B2B sales processes customer relationshipmanagement and market dynamics.
    • Excellentnegotiation communication and presentationskills.
    • Ability to work independently as wellas collaboratively within ateam.
    • Resultsoriented mindset with a strategicapproach to business development.
    • Proficient inusing CRM tools and other relevant business developmentsoftware.
    • Willingness to travel as required tomeet clients and attend industry events.
    • Stronganalytical skills with the ability to assess market trends andcompetitoractivities.
