    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
    • Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their journey.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure quality service.
    • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues effectively.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • 2-4 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
    • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a positive attitude.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
