    Your primary responsibility will be to exceed sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of accuracy in communicating product features and benefits.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by the Team Leader
    • Achieve set call objectives, including timely response to web leads and making a specified number of calls per day
    • Ensure accurate updating of relevant disposition and details in the LMS
    • Maintain high-quality calls and adhere to given scripts
    • Support customer queries through online chat
    • Generate leads for cross-selling opportunities
    • Certainly verify customer policy copy status with accurate details

    You must possess strong communication skills in English and one of the following languages: Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu.

    We offer attractive incentives and provide lunch. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, and we encourage immediate joiners.

    Requirements:
