Job Description: Senior SAPWM/LE Consultant

RoleOverview:

As a Senior SAP WM/LE Consultant youwill be responsible for leading the design implementation andoptimization of SAP WM/LE solutions for clients across variousindustries. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholdersproject managers developers and other SAP consultants to deliverhighquality solutions that meet business requirements and driveoperational efficiency in warehouse and logisticsoperations.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Lead the design of SAP WM/LE solutionsbased on client requirements and industry best practices ensuringalignment with business processes and objectives.

Implementation: Oversee the endtoend implementation of SAPWM/LE modules including configuration customization testing anddeployment activities.

Business ProcessAnalysis: Conduct thorough analysis of clients warehouse andlogistics processes to identify improvement opportunities andrecommend SAP WM/LE solutions to streamline operations and enhanceefficiency.

Integration: Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP WM/LEmodules with other SAP and nonSAP systems such as SAP ECC SAPS/4HANA SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and externallogistics systems.

Data Migration: Define datamigration strategies and oversee the migration of master data andtransactional data from legacy systems to SAP WM/LE ensuring dataaccuracy and integrity

Custom Development: Workclosely with developers to design and implement custom enhancementsreports and interfaces to meet unique business requirements relatedto warehouse management and logistics execution.

User Training and Support: Provide training and support toendusers and key stakeholders on SAP WM/LE functionality bestpractices and system usage to ensure smooth adoption and maximizebusiness value.

Documentation: Preparecomprehensive technical and functional documentation includingdesign documents configuration guides test scripts and trainingmaterials to support project deliverables and knowledgetransfer.

Quality Assurance: Conduct qualityreviews and audits of SAP WM/LE configurations developments andprocesses to ensure compliance with project standards industryregulations and best practices.

ContinuousImprovement: Stay abreast of SAP WM/LE advancements industry trendsand emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement andinnovation in SAP solutions and service offerings.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology ComputerScience Business Administration or related field.

Minimum of 8 years of handson experience as an SAP WM/LEConsultant with at least 2 full lifecycleimplementations.

Proficiency in SAP WM/LEconfiguration including warehouse structure storage types movementspicking strategies replenishment and handling unitmanagement.

Strong understanding of SAPintegration technologies and experience integrating SAP WM/LE withother SAP modules and external systems.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with theability to translate business requirements into technicalsolutions.

Solid project management skills andexperience leading crossfunctional teams in complex SAPimplementations.

Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage withstakeholders at all levels of the organization.

SAP certification in Warehouse Management (WM) and/orLogistics Execution (LE) is a plus.

Experiencewith SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM is desirable.
