    Role: Revenue Strategist + Operations Manager


    Skill / Specifications:

    • PG in with an Overall years of experience in a growth environment.
    • A rollupyoursleeves and getitdone leadership style marked by a high level of energy and attention to detail, with an ability to adapt to a fast changing environment.
    • A people's person who can collaborate and work with multiple stakeholders to ensure delivery of the assigned tasks and find innovative solutions to achieve the desired outcomes.
    • Instrumental in the receivable management, improvement of cash flows, increase in collection efficiency and default reduction based on data and customer segmentationbased theories.
    • Set defined and achievable goals. Make quantifiable goals for how much you want to increase the revenue collection. Develop, create and analyse collections and receivables.
    • Accurate forecasting and achievement of the defined goals to help the organization plan for cash flows and secure revenue.
    • Optimization of available resources for effective revenue management.
    • Work with Marketing and Sales Strategy team on planning and products for driving collections and repeat purchase.
    • Develop strategies to motivate customers to avail loans and facilitate the process.
    • Lead, monitor and overlook the loan process and facilitate efficient and timely disbursements by serving as a link between the Easi Loan team and the organization.

    Manage and lead the back-end operations required for:

    • Revenue management including sending of demands, receipts, reminders etc.
    • Sanctions and disbursements
    • Maintenance of clean inventory and updation of customer financing/loaning preferences
    • Investigate and resolve queries relating to non payment.
    • Work with internal stakeholders to actively identify and address challenges and obstacles in revenue management and collaborate to find solutions.
