REQUIREMENT: GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Social Media Team)

LOCATION: On-site - Jalandhar, Punjab, India

We have made great footprints in the manufacturing of International Standard Cricket Helmets, both nationally & Internationally hence mastering the technique and truism in the fineness required in the product. We are a growth-oriented brand with a hunger for fineness and perfection. Having recently launched our Hockey collection in the UK market, we believe we have a long way to go

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for graphic design and 3D work. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital, 3D and print forms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategise with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout
• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
• Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
• Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Understanding of professional graphic design
• Knowledge of 3D software like Blender, 3DX, and Auto CAD
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
• Knowledge of Social Media, Photoshoot and Catalogues
• Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
• Experience in the sports industry is a plus
• Salary: Industry Standard(Negotiable)
