    Requirements :

    • Proven track record in business development, with a focus on IT recruitment services.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 9+years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment industry.
    • Proven success in securing and managing key client accounts.
