    Description

    Exclusive for WOMEN

    Responsibility of managing all HR related activities within the organization including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

    Closely working with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

    HR Operations:

    Monitor internal HR systems and databases.

    Design and implement company policies.

    Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures

    Address employees queries (e.g., on compensation and labour regulations).

    Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role.

    Good knowledge of labour law

    Ability to develop clear and fair company policies

    Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities

    Team management skills

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs.

    Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

    Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including EEO laws, labour laws, and health and safety regulations.

    Develop and implement policies and procedures to programs liance with employment laws and regulations.

    Learning and Development:

    Create and execute learning strategies and programs.

    Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.

    Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training)

    Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.

    Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar

    Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods

    Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen

    Training and Development:

    Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.

    Develops training and development programs and objectives.

    Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.

    Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.

    Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.

    Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.

    Strong presentation skills.

    Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

    Organizational Development:

    Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

    Facilitating change management efforts, including communications and training.

    Coaching managers and employees in leadership and teamwork.

    Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the organization is aligned with its mission and goals.

    Assessing the development needs of all operational, business, and functional units, as well as evaluating and overseeing the implementation of organizational development strategies and processes.

    Measuring the achievement of established goals.

    Consulting with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters.

    Recommending and implementing policies and procedures based on a thorough knowledge of local employment and benefit laws.

    Ensuring effective and legally compliant plans to address employee performance issues and to implement performance improvement plans.

    Employee Engagement:

    Creating surveys to measure employee satisfaction and morale and distributing them to employees through various channels such as email, phone call prompts, or paper surveys.

    Reviewing survey results and helping management create action plans based on their findings.

    Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to gather information about why they are leaving the company and how to improve retention rates.

    Evaluating the companys culture and climate to determine if any changes need to be made to improve employee satisfaction.

    Providing training to employees on topics such as conflict resolution skills, time management techniques, and stress reduction techniques
