The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire hiring process for finance positions, focusing on attracting strong candidates in areas such as accounting, audit, and compliance.

    About the Role:

    • Manages the recruiting team for assigned service lines.
    • Collaborates closely with recruiting managers in other regions to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs, and coordinate national-level initiatives.
    • Oversees daily workflow of the department.
    • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
    • Fills senior-level positions within the firm, as well as positions in operations and management.
    • Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    • Finance Recruitment Experience: Background in hiring for finance roles like audit, tax, and compliance.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in working with senior leaders on hiring needs.
    • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to use data to drive recruitment strategies.
    • Process Efficiency: Proactive in improving recruitment processes.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
