    Job Overview

    As an Appraisal Partner at INFOEXESY, you will be responsible for conducting performance appraisals and evaluations of employees. This is a full-time position based in Prakasam, Andhra Pradesh, India. We are looking for a professional who can analyze employee performance, provide feedback, and contribute to the improvement of our organizational culture.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
    • Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in performance appraisal.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
    • Knowledge of performance appraisal methodologies and best practices.
    • Detail-oriented and able to maintain high levels of accuracy.
    • Familiarity with HRIS software and tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Conduct performance appraisals and evaluations of employees.
    • Analyze employee performance data and generate reports.
    • Provide feedback and coaching to help employees improve their performance.
