    Description

    Job Overview

    Full-time position based in Gurgaon, responsible for leading the global regulatory activities of our agrochemical products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in regulatory affairs and a strong understanding of global regulatory requirements in the agrochemical industry.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the global regulatory affairs team
    • Develop and implement regulatory strategies and policies to ensure compliance with global regulations
    • Monitor and analyze changes in regulatory requirements and communicate impact to relevant stakeholders
    • Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory documents, including dossiers, registrations, and notifications
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and launch activities
    • Interact with regulatory authorities and industry associations to stay updated on regulatory trends and advocate for company interests
    • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on regulatory matters, including labeling, claims, and product safety
    • Manage regulatory inspections and audits, and implement corrective actions as necessary
    • Stay abreast of emerging regulatory issues and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements and maintain appropriate documentation

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, advanced degree preferred
    • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in global regulatory affairs for agrochemical products
    • In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements for agrochemicals especially for Latam America, European Market, APAC, MENA etc.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
    • Experience in managing regulatory inspections and audits
    • Familiarity with regulatory software and tools
    • Ability to adapt to changing regulatory landscapes and prioritize workload accordingly
