About the roleAs Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager India you will be responsible for ensuring proper operations of bagagge handling systems across India and surrounding countries.

This is a busy role, and will see you tracking budgets and costs along with overseeing the intervompany spares business within the Pune factory.

Establish a preventative maintenance schedule, allowing for maximum system performanceMaintain accident and hazard registersLead, motivate and support a large team working within a demanding environmentComplete paperwork for inventory records, reporting and onboarding

Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will bring at least 10 years experience as an O&M manager, along with the following, allowing you to hit the ground runningBachelors degree in electrical, mechanical or electronics/instrumentationProven communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levelsPrevious expereince with financial management such as preparation and management of departmental budgetsSound negotiation skills
