Roleand Responsibilities:
We are seeking atalented Staff Engineer (Data / Platform) to lead the dataengineering and algorithm development within our flagship golfperformance platform. The role involves managing the current teamof data engineers designing and deploying machine learning and bigdata algorithms with modern/serverless architecture. The successfulcandidate will be very handson capable of leading multidisciplinaryteams and will work in close collaboration with the Data ScienceProduct and Design teams. Key responsibilitiesinclude:

• Full accountability andownership for engineering and execution of dataoperations.
• Provide handson guidance andtechnical leadership to the team.
• Manageexpectations with internal stakeholders and contextswitch in afastpaced environment.
• Keep abreast oftechnology and contribute to the engineeringstrategy.
• Champion best development practicesand providementorship.

CandidateQualifications:
The ideal candidate shouldpossess the followingqualifications:

• Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
• Proven experience in leading dataengineering and algorithm developmentteams.
• Demonstrated expertise in building datapipelines and deploying machine learningalgorithms.
