    Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluates Engineering Change Orders/Requests (ECO/ECR) for compliance with requirements.
  • Manages the workflow in the Engineering Change Order process and keeps track of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with cross function team to get required information and approval in timely manner
  • Closely work with product engineers to write engineering change requests efficiently
  • Audits engineering drawings for quality and compliance checks.
  • Responsible for evaluating material assessment to assure or minimize excess inventory prior to Engineering change submittal and analyses inventory financial impact (Rework Cost, Excess & Obsolete)
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma with 4 years or bachelor's in engineering or B.Sc or B.Com with 2 years' experience in change Management with PLM tool (Product Lifecycle Management tool)
  • Knowledge of Engineering Change Control process / Product life cycle Management
  • Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) structure including Config BOM
  • Log, Analyze ECR/ECN issues and work towards reducing them
  • Knowledge of Engineering drawings and its requirements
  • Pays attention to details and deviations from standards accurately and completely.
  • Has good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of PLM systems Enovia and SAP
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools like EXCEL, PPT, and WORD
