    About the Role:

    • Research, script, and storyboard long-form and short-form video content.
    • Brainstorm concepts that simplify complex topics using visual storytelling.

    Motion Graphics & Editing:

    • Use After Effects & Premiere Pro to craft high-quality, visually rich video narratives.
    • Build engaging motion graphics to enhance storytelling and viewer retention.
    • Optimize content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Reels.

    AI-Powered Production:

    • Integrate generative AI tools (e.g., Runway ML, Heygen, Sora) for enhancing imagery, animation, and video generation.
    • Leverage AI to streamline video workflows, boost creativity, and increase efficiency.

    Retention-Driven Editing:

    • Understand video retention mechanics and edit with hooks, pacing, and storytelling in mind.
    • Collaborate on thumbnails, titles, and hooks that elevate click-through and watch time.

    Must-Have Skills:

    • Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
    • Deep understanding of motion graphic-based storytelling.
    • Experience editing long-form videos with retention-first pacing.
    • Familiarity with generative AI tools (images + video).
    • Portfolio that reflects strong visual design, timing, and storytelling.
