- TheDirector of Electrical Engineering will be an integral part of thesenior leadership team and must have the vision and attitude tohelp lead our Electrical Engineering Discipline. The position willsupport the company s firmwide strategic business initiativesprovide design focused thought leadership and help grow the firm spresence within the community.
- The Director ofElectrical Engineering will work collaboratively to develop overalldesign concepts formulate design presentation strategies andprovide creative and process leadership to multiple design teamsthrough all phases of projects. The Director of ElectricalEngineering will set the design vision and creative standard forstaff and current and prospective clients working to manifest thisstandard in all project work across multiple market sectors.

Experience with sustainabledesign and benchmarking. Experience inseveral of engineering practice markets.Effective graphic verbal and written communicationskills. Problem solving skills attention todetail and motivation to learn.Collaborative and professional work ethic.Understands basic electrical spatial and building codeconcepts. Has the ability to develop a levelof technical detailing. Is proficient incurrent design software including but not limited to AutoCAD andRevit (preferred) as well as the Microsoft Officesuite.
