    Job Location :
    Work from Home / Lead the development of mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring high-quality, performance, and scalability.

    • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver compelling and userfriendly mobile experiences.
    • Architect and implement robust, maintainable, and scalable codebase following best practices and design patterns.
    • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise, code reviews, and support to ensure team growth and success.
    • Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments, libraries, and best practices, and proactively introduce improvements to our development process.
    • Work closely with QA engineers to ensure thorough testing and bugfree releases.
    • Participate in architectural discussions, planning sessions, and technical design Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
    • 2+ years of handson experience with Flutter framework.
    • Proficiency in Dart programming language.
    • Strong understanding of objectoriented programming principles, design patterns, and data structures.
    • Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
    • Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, UI/UX design principles, and RESTful APIs.
    • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile software development methodologies.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
