    Overview

    We are seeking a smart & creative Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Think Future Technologies (TFT). As a business development executive, you will be responsible for driving growth and success across our portfolio of software products including , AutomationTwin, Selfbest, and SimplifyPath in global geographies.

    What you will do:

    • Strategic Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and expand market presence for TFT's software products worldwide.
    • Product-Market Fit (PMF): Document and iterate Product-Market Fit (PMF) by analyzing funnel leaks, developing strategies to address objections, and providing actionable feedback to product and marketing teams.
    • Lead Generation: Conduct and generate leads for the target customer profile in different Geographies.
    • Customer Acquisition: Lead efforts to win new clients and customers by optimizing the sales funnel. Track every client in the funnel, align sales meetings, and craft customized collateral to maximize conversion rates.
    • Team Leadership: Initially, be hands-on with client interactions and sales processes. As the team grows, build and manage a high-performing team to drive accelerated growth.

    • Experience: You have 4+ years of experience in SaaS Go-to-Market (GTM) lead generation, particularly in sales, sales operations, or inside sales, targeting global clients.
    • Analytical Mindset: You possess a strategic mindset with the ability to analyze sales funnels and identify areas for improvement to drive growth.
