    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and generating leads for our products and services. This is a full-time position located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to convince and persuade customers
    • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections
    • Result-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
    • Previous experience in outbound calling or lead generation is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products and services
    • Identify and generate leads through cold calling and lead generation activities
    • Maintain a database of potential customers and update it regularly
    • Answer incoming calls and provide information to customers
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
    • Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and sales
    • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
