- Employee Relations - Primary point of contact for all employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Performance Management - Implement performance management processes that align with the organization's objectives and culture, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Training and Development - Design and deliver training and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Compensation and Benefits - Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, fair, and compliant with legal requirements.
- HR Information Systems - Oversee the management and maintenance of HR information systems, including HR databases, payroll systems, and employee portals
- Compliance - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Diversity and Inclusion - Promote and support diversity and inclusion initiatives that foster an inclusive and respectful workplace culture
- HR Analytics - Use data analytics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and identify areas for improvement
