    • Support key HR processes across relevant business functions in collaboration with HRBP's for supporting the achievement of business objectives.
    • Deliver the talent needs of the business across regions to enhance top talent utilization and retention.
    • Planning & implementing the On-Boarding practices to ensure effective orientation for new joiners.
    • Plan & implement employee engagement activities across business functions,
    • Communicating with the employees to create a constant Employee Connect.
    MUST HAVES -


    • Strategic Planning - Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the overall organizational goals.
    • Recruitment and Selection - Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job analysis, job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection
    HR Analytics Use data analytics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and identify areas for improvement


    • Employee Relations - Primary point of contact for all employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
    • Performance Management - Implement performance management processes that align with the organization's objectives and culture, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Training and Development - Design and deliver training and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
    • Compensation and Benefits - Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, fair, and compliant with legal requirements.
    • HR Information Systems - Oversee the management and maintenance of HR information systems, including HR databases, payroll systems, and employee portals
    • Compliance - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
    • Diversity and Inclusion - Promote and support diversity and inclusion initiatives that foster an inclusive and respectful workplace culture
    • HR Analytics - Use data analytics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and identify areas for improvement
