CoreResponsibilities:
FinancialControl &Compliance
Responsiblefor driving development implementation and adherence of allfinancial and accounting policies & procedures for theorganization in compliance with the applicable financial andaccounting standards
Ensurecompliance with local state and statutory rules regulations tax andreporting requirements.
Leadbudget/forecasts processes and analysis and reporting of financialdata to aid business planning
Oversee the coordination and activities of independent auditorsensuring all audit issues are resolved and all compliance issuesare met and the preparation of the annual financial statements isin accordance with principles of accounting and other requiredsupplementary schedules andinformation.
Responsible forcollectionsDevelop and maintainsystems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of theorganization.
Oversee allpurchasing and payroll activity for staff andparticipants.
Monitor cash flowsto ensure healthy liquidity and short and long term sustainabilityof the companies and take necessary measures to ensure availabilityof working capital
Overseeeffective taxation planning and compliance for theorganization
Assist in the designimplementation and timely calculations of wage incentivescommissions and salaries for thestaff
CorporateFinance: Responsiblefor driving all fundraising initiatives including debt and equityfor the companies and itssubsidiaries
Supporting andmonitoring the performance of the group companies/subsidiariesincluding working on value creation opportunities to enhanceshareholder value and return onequity
Diversify the sources ofcapital and maintaining and building relationships with the bankingand investment communities
Overseeing the treasury function of the company and itssubsidiaries Commercial & CostControl
Drive cost controlinitiatives and enforce budget control to improve costefficiencies
Drive organizationwide cost management strategies andinitiatives
Work with thebusiness teams to support on the commercial aspects of dealmaking
Conduct business andfinancial evaluation of specificproposals

Provide decisionsupport to the Board in driving business deliverables and beanswerable to the BoardLeadership
Lead thecommercial/finance team managing and developing their skillspriorities and direction
Providefunctional direction guidance andsupport
Monitor the performanceof the team on a continuous basis to identify keyperformers
Mentor and develop thefinance management team managing work allocation trainingperformance evaluation and the building of a dynamic and effectiveteam.
Train the Finance Unit andother staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financialmanagement matters.Ensure highlevel of employee engagement and retention of keyperformers
