    We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team at Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd. (Doctor Soap). As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent customer relationships.     Qualifications and Skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing administrative support and coordinating sales activities
    • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals as required
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and sales activity logs
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential growth opportunities
    • Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities
    • Tracking the goals of each team member of the sales team
    • Coordinating with the software team for any issue
    • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documentation
