- Program Manager / Sr. Delivery Manager with track record of successfully delivering end to end multi Tower, large scale IT outsourcing engagements for US customer.
- Understand enterprise wide client IT requirements and align delivery of services to meet client expectations and organizational objectives
- Lead technical & operational governance including periodic (weekly, monthly and quarterly) cadence and SLA reporting, develop client relationship, manage team (s) and identify opportunities for growth.
- Track all aspects of the engagement – scope, schedule, effort, staff, projects, service metrics, customer escalation, risks, issues etc.
- Own Customer satisfaction, conduct reviews to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions. Re-plan the project as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Towers) to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Required prior experience of managing Delivery managers, Project Managers, PMO, SMO, Scrum masters and lead innovation initiatives.
- Familiarity with various project and service management tools and methodologies including SDLC, Agile, DevOps, ITSM etc.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams to enhance overall service delivery
- Manage budgets for projects, ensuring financial targets are met and timely financial reporting to internal stakeholders

- Experience in Metrics driven Program Management (Agile & Waterfall) & project executing in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other SDLC Methodologies.
- Exposure to Cloud and Mobile Apps – Cross platform development experience

Experience of owning delivery and operations for multi tower service support such as - ADMS, Enterprise Applications (Preferably Oracle EBS, SFDC), Infra / Network, Security & Service Desk.
Experience of working on large Application Development project portfolio including Dot Net technology stack
Experience of working on Agile development model projects.
Experience of working on Fixed price projects
Experience of managing portfolio of at least 200 resources and $20M
Experience of managing customer facing roles at both onsite and offshore, especially for North American customer
Work location Hyderabad strictly
