    Job Title: Business Development Intern

    Location: Gurgaon, India

    Employment Type: Paid Internship (Full-Time, Duration: May and June 2024)

    AIHP is seeking a Business Development Intern to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for a motivated individual currently pursuing an MBA or similar business-related degree with a keen interest in business development or sales careers. The primary responsibility is to engage with incoming leads through phone calls, qualify them, and nurture them toward site visits. If you're interested in gaining hands-on experience with a leading commercial real estate company, this is the opportunity for you.

    Responsibilities

    • Engage with leads via phone calls, following up on inquiries and building rapport.
    • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and assign lead scores in the CRM software.
    • Nurture leads toward scheduling site visits, understanding their business needs, and providing relevant information.
    • Hand over qualified leads to the Business Development Manager for further action.
    • Report to the Head of Digital Marketing, providing feedback on lead quality and suggestions for improving the lead generation process.
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in the CRM software.

    Skills and Experience

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on phone etiquette.
    • Basic knowledge of CRM software.
    • Analytical skills to assess lead quality and assign appropriate scores.
    • Proactive and eager to take on new challenges, with an interest in business development.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Pursuing an MBA or related business degree.
    • Previous experience in a business development, sales, or marketing role.
    • Familiarity with the commercial real estate market and industry trends.
