In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X ) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital ).

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Deliver GTM strategies on fresh to market approaches:

    • Develop and implement strategies for customer segmentation, acquisition and retention on newer product lines
    • Agility to work across omnichannel growth levers
    • Utilize data-driven insights for decision making
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth initiatives

    Innovative Strategy Development:

    • End to end ownership of innovative strategies to drive growth via cross sell and upsell opportunities within Razorpay ecosystem
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

    Full funnel ownership:

    • Data backed understanding of full funnel performance and identifying strategies to improve CAC, LTV and retention of customers across different product lines
    • Analyze data to identify key insights and opportunities for innovation.

    Omni-Channel Ownership:

    • Ability to drive performance and SEO efforts in acquiring new customer base
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

    Mandatory Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of work experience in Growth Marketing
