Description

Must have solid experience in acquiring IFA Channel partners or Mutual fund distributors and driving business through them for Investment.

• Education and motivation channel partners on Investment products.
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds/Wealth Management and/or experience in the IFA industry is a must
• Ability to drive business development activities, build partnerships, and achieve revenue goals
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
• Adept at multitasking, managing competing priorities, and deadlines
• Expertise in leading a team of professionals and driving performance
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, resultsoriented environment
• Previous experience in a Fintech startup environment is a plus

• Post graduate, preferably MBA
• CFP will be preferred
