The Customer Service Specialist CDA will work with Alcon sales reps and Comm Ex teams to create master data for customers and pricing masters. They will monitor data creation and maintenance for effective system operations, validate requests against SOP, and ensure KYC is complete for all new accounts created.Responsibilities
