As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of our business activities. This is a full-time position with a Junior level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and expertise in document drafting and coordination.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or similar role.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in document drafting and editing.
    • Highly detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
    • Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.
    • Experience with calendar management and travel coordination.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of executives.
    • Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential information.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and expense reports.
    • Conduct research and compile data for projects and presentations.
    • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
    • Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, external partners, and clients as required.
    • Monitor and follow up on action items and tasks.
    • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
