About The RoleAs a Senior Graphic Designer - Growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for KreditBee by crafting visually captivating content tailored to our user base. Collaborating closely with copywriters, sales and marketing and business teams, you will be responsible for producing compelling marketing materials across various offline and online mediums. Your responsibilities will encompass designing content for various channels, including print materials, outdoor displays, digital platforms, and other activations. Additionally, you will be tasked with visually documenting our users' journeys across all stages, including acquisition (design and performance ad visuals), and engagement (crafting visually appealing CRM campaigns and communication materials). In this role, your creative skills and design expertise will be instrumental in capturing the attention of our audience and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

Requirements and Responsibilities1. Expertise in Adobe Design Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other image-editing tools. 2. Proven experience in creating compelling visual storytelling artefacts such as illustrations, comic strips, and infographics. 3. Professional design experience for on-app creatives, eg. - app banners, push notification creatives, in-app pop-ups, landing pages, etc. 4. Collaborating closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translating them into high-quality visual designs. 5. Ensuring brand consistency across all visual designs and collaterals. 6. Staying up-to-date with the latest design and industry trends, techniques, and technologies to keep our designs fresh and engaging. 7. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through completion, under tight deadlines. 8. Providing expert design advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders, and mentor/groom junior designers. 9. Contributing to creative brainstorming sessions for campaign ideation and strategy development. 10. Developing and executing creative concepts for a wide range of digital content, including social media graphics, campaign banners, promotional materials, and more. 11. Critically evaluating/reviewing creatives and providing feedback according to the specific briefs. 12. Conducting brainstorming/ideation sessions and coming up with new strategies/ideas.

Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design years of creative design experience. 3. Animation skills would be a plus. 4. Strong typography skills. 5. A strong portfolio to demonstrate the skills and expertise in design. 6. Brownie points if you have worked with AI tools. 7. Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
