• To drive team to cross sell business for General Insurance via telecalling setup
• Responsible for Quality of the telecalling setup
• Ensuring Compliance of all guidelines at the outsourced vendor
• Imparting product and systems training on the floor.
• Conducting Refresher training and mock tests to ensure accurate product knowledge

• Commercial and business awareness
• Experienced in managing Quality and training
• Experienced in managing tele sales process
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prior relevant work experience of minimum 5 years.
• Ability to work with data and cull out insights relevant to cross sell/upsell.
• Preferred experience in Insurance domain.
