Job Summary
Define and drive test automation strategy aligned with business goals Design develop and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium and Java Ensure best practices in test design coding standards and automation architecture Review automation code and provide technical guidance to team members Oversee end-to-end testing functional regression integration and automation testing Collaborate with Product Development DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC Analyze test results identify risks proactively address quality issues Ensure proper defect tracking reporting root cause analysis Lead mentor manage a team of QA Automation manual testers Allocate tasks track progress ensure timely delivery of QA milestones Conduct performance reviews provide feedback support team growth Facilitate knowledge sharing continuous improvement within the team Act as a QA point of contact for internal external stakeholders Provide regular status updates quality metrics risk assessments Participate in release planning sprint reviews retrospectives
