    Job Overview

    A dynamic and results-driven Business Development Engineer is needed to join our team at NDTS India (P) Limited. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of the company. The Business Development Engineer will be responsible for promoting our non-destructive testing (NDT) and evaluation services, generating leads, and closing sales. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute to the expansion of our customer base. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai with a competitive salary range commensurate with experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
    • Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the engineering services industry
    • Strong technical knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques and services
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify, develop, and nurture new business opportunities within the non-destructive testing (NDT) industry
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
    • Conduct market research to identify target industries and companies
    • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
    • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project delivery
    • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
