Functions

Support the configuration of the Salesforce environment accordingto client specifications and project scope

Design and provide training for clients at various levels includingadministrator and end users based on project implementationgoals.

Conduct discovery meetings with clientsto determine requirements as appropriate

Followbest practices and standards in software design development anddeployment. Develop full migration and implementation plans thataddress both tactical and strategic needs of the client. InternalResponsibilities

Own project delivery throughfull implementation lifecycle on multiple simultaneousprojects.

Configure solutions with Salesforceproducts as needed to complete project goals.

Plan and execute data migrations from legacy data systems toSalesforce.

Investigate and implement thirdparty tools that integrate with Salesforce.

Partner with the internal development team to create custom codeincluding composing of user stories testing anddeployment

Provide weekly governance reports ina timely manner on overall project(s) status to project PMRequirements

Requirements

1. Minimumeducation: Graduated Data ScienceSalesforce Admin Certification isrequired
2. Some specific specialties (mastersdegree/certification): Proficiency in Google Docs SheetsPresentations and other online collaboration tools like JIRA andTeams are required
3. Minimum experience:3 yearsexperience as a Salesforce Administrator or SalesforceConsultantExperience working with customers to elicit and analyzetheir requirements develop designs and implement customsolutions
   
4. Valuable:Strong knowledgeof Agile project delivery practices requirements gathering userstory prioritization and solid UAT guidelines required

1. Excellenttime management skills and the ability to prioritize work as wellas work independently is necessary
2. Demonstrated business aptitude with theability to translate practical business concepts into technicalspecifications.
3. Strong interpersonal skillsincluding excellent verbal and written communication skills andpresentation skills.
