    Hiring Client Relationship Manager for Manorama Industries Ltd


    Position:
    Client Relationship Manager


    Responsibilities:
    Facilitate the Sales team in meeting objectives by acquiring new clientele and optimizing revenue streams.
    Maintain accurate records by updating Sales Calls and Leads in the Sales Module.
    Ensure meticulous record-keeping by managing a comprehensive inquiry log and providing timely feedback.
    Foster and sustain robust business relationships with clients, sales personnel, and interdepartmental teams.
    Oversee seamless business transitions by securing post-shipping and pre-shipping document approvals from the Branch Manager.
    Address customer service needs and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders as required.
    Develop compelling marketing materials and sales presentations to enhance customer engagement and support sales initiatives.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer demands and bolster sales efforts.
    Identify potential clients through proactive prospecting and expand the customer base via cold calling activities.
    Deliver daily Management Information System (MIS) reports to the Vice President of Sales.


    Education and Certifications:
    Bachelor's degree in any field.
    Preferably, a Master's degree in Sales & Marketing.

    Experience:
    3 to 10 years of relevant experience.

    Salary Range:
    Annual compensation ranging from 6 to 9 Lakhs.
