The ideal candidate will have a strong backgroundin medical affairs preferably with experience working in a hospitalsetting and a passion for leveraging technology to enhancehealthcare delivery.KeyResponsibilities:
    1. Establishand maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)physicians and healthcare professionals to support the adoption ofour healthcare technology solutions.
    2. Serve as aclinical resource for internal teams providing medical expertiseand guidance on product development marketing materials andeducational initiatives.
    3. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including product management marketing salesand regulatory affairs to ensure alignment on medical strategy andmessaging.
    4. Develop and deliver educationalprograms and materials for healthcare professionals includingtraining sessions webinars andpresentations.
    5. Stay informed about industrytrends clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements relevant toour products and therapeutic areas offocus.
    6. Represent the company at medicalconferences symposiums and other industry events showcasing ourtechnology and engaging with keystakeholders.
    7. Support the development andexecution of clinical studies and research initiatives to generateevidence supporting the safety and efficacy of ourproducts.
    8. Provide medical input and review forpromotional materials publications and regulatory submissions toensure compliance with relevant guidelines andregulations.
    Requirements:
    1. Medicaldegree (MBBS/MD) or equivalent qualification.
    2. 2to 3 years of experience in medical affairs preferably withexposure to hospital settings.
    3. Strong clinicalknowledge and understanding of medical terminology patient carepathways and healthcare practices.
    4. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability toeffectively engage and influence stakeholders at alllevels.
    5. Detailoriented with strong analyticaland problemsolving abilities.
    6. Proactive andselfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part ofa team in a fastpaced startupenvironment.
    7. Experience in healthcaretechnology or digital health is a plus.
    8. Abilityto travel occasionally for meetings conferences andevents.
