- Schedule and take client meetings
- Act as the POC from Falka's side to answer and address any concern, question, or need that the client might have.
- Keep the client updated regarding the project's progress & timeline.
- Assigning tasks
- Tracking the progress of the tasks given and taking follow-ups
- Addressing and finding solutions for resource/production-related issues & questions
- Scheduling the shoots and aligning the on-set crew for the same
- Taking care of the conveyance, food, and stay of the production team
- Sourcing of props & costumes

- Set the client's expectations before the pre-production stage regarding the project's scope.
- Review the script, shot list, PPM deck & the final output carefully and compare them with the client's demand/brief.
- Provide the client with a detailed timeline before the production stage to set their expectations for the final output delivery.
- Keep the project's progress in check and manage the resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Review the script, and production requirements (cast, equipment, travel, food, etc) and compare it with the project's budget.
- Plan out the resources and budget for each project and make sure the projects are completed within the given budget constraint.
- Set the client's expectations beforehand, regarding the project's budget.
- Identify on-set and in-office risks to find ways to manage and find solutions for the same.

Assistant Creative Producer
The Assistant Creative Producer will be responsible for supervising the end-to-end execution of the projects while ensuring efficient communication and collaboration between the different departments. Ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the quality of the final outputs will be the key responsibility along with maintaining client relationships. The position demands someone strategic in approach with a creative edge to them supported by a knowledge of video production. Someone who has exceptional organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
