    THELAKHANI GROUP is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting HRSpecialist


    Weare seeking an experienced Human Resource Specialist to join ourteam in India. The HR Specialist will be responsible for overseeingall aspects of human resources practices and processes. Thisincludes recruitment employee relations performance managementtraining and development HR policies and procedures compliance withemployment laws and fostering a positive workculture.

    Responsibilities:

      Manage the recruitment andselection process including sourcingcandidates conducting interviews andfacilitating the hiringprocess.

      Oversee employee onboardingand orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for newhires.

      Handle employee relationsissues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions andgrievances.

      Develop and administer HRpolicies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws andregulations.

      Coordinate performancemanagement processes including goal setting performance evaluationsand developmentplans.

      Provide guidance and supportto managers and employees on HRrelatedmatters.

      Conduct training sessions onvarious HR topics such as diversity and inclusion harassmentprevention and leadershipdevelopment.

      Manage compensation andbenefits programs including salary reviews bonus plans and employeebenefitspackages.

      Maintain accurate anduptodate HR records anddocumentation.

      Stay informed aboutdevelopments in HR best practices and employment laws and ensurecompliance.

    Qualifications:

      with a minimum of 5 to 6years ofexperience.

      Bachelor s degree in humanresources Business Administration orrelated field. Master s degree would be anaddedadvantage.

      Indepth knowledge of HRprinciples practices andprocedures.

      Strong understanding ofemployment laws andregulations.

      Excellent communication andinterpersonalskills.

      Ability to build and maintainpositive relationships with employees at all levels of theorganization.

      Strong leadership anddecisionmakingskills.

      Highly organized withexcellent time managementskills.

      Ability to handle sensitiveand confidential information withdiscretion.
