    Hiring for a century old company in Securities & Wealth Management

    Role- Wealth Manager (Sales RM)

    Experience- 4-10 Years

    Location- Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai

    Mode- WFO- 5 days

    Responsibilities:

    A Relationship Manager's key role is to build AUM for the firm. He is also responsible for creating and monitoring a team/individual business plans, defining sales goals, and ensuring that procedures and policies are adhered to.

    The role of a Relationship Manager includes:

     To Build Assets Under Management (AUM) through various Investment products

     Generate revenue for the firm.

     Build a SIP book.

     Customer Acquisition of a Minimum of 50 Lakhs ticket size & above investable surplus

     Cash Flow analysis & and Portfolio Services

     Execution of transactions post Cash Flow analysis on a periodic basis

     Manage Private Wealth, PMS, and AIF fund-related queries.

     Ensure delivery of various MIS reports as per requirements

     To develop short-term and long-term sales strategies for the Wealth business in line with the overall strategic goals of the organization

     Ensure discipline of asset allocation

     Achieve a balance of revenue streams by selling MF, PMS, AIF, MLD, Unlisted Stocks, and other Investment avenues to build a steady annuity.

     To drive strong client servicing and engagement parameters, enhance market credibility, and deliver a superior value proposition.

     Continuous learning, to be better equipped than our competitors.

     To closely observe, evaluate, and monitor the client positions & portfolio allocations.

     To ensure adherence to internal and external Financial advisory guidelines and Risk Policies and ensure standards are in place to minimize miss-selling instances.

     To continuously scan the competition/market and report on emerging trends or any new development or business opportunities for Wealth

    Skills:

     Strong understanding of investment and Wealth products

     Excellent marketing and business development skills

     Detailed understanding of the financial needs of all types of customers

     Ability to manage client expectations and meet tight deadlines.

     Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills are required, as is listening, and understanding a client's requirements.

    Experience & Qualifications:

     Candidates from Wealth Sales backgrounds only

     Post Graduate certification required.

     NISM V-A (Compulsory), X-A, X-B (Preferable)
