Responsibilities
- Supervising day-to-day operations of administrative department staff members across GPRO Locations overall site facilities admin at Mumbai for all Maersk Legal entities Ensuring all local compliances Developing reviewing improving administrative systems policies procedures Drive Admin Cost saving initiative Collaboration CREM HSE Other BUs space optimization colocation Effective vendor management ensure GST loss Admin vendor office stocked necessary supplies equipment working properly maintained Working accounting management teams set budgets monitor spending process payroll expenses Planning scheduling promoting office events meetings conferences interviews orientations training sessions Overseeing special projects tracking progress company goals Strong problem solving critical thinking coaching interpersonal verbal written communication skills
