We have an opening with an advanced and innovative Medical Devices company.

Position: Tender Specialist

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: Upto 3 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate/ Masters in Science from reputed university/ Colleges

Job Responsibilities:

. Preparation of Technical & Commercial Bid, Prepare and maintained MIS of EMD, Tender Fee, Performance Bank Guarantee and Other Contract Documents.

Pre-bid meeting participation and preparing representations for amendments as and when required.

Prepare Gross Margin Reports & Price Simulation with Consider Benchmark and Previous Price Bid Opening Data

Experience of Handling GEM Portal, E-Procurement sites of Various state governments

Uploading the bid documents (Technical & Financial) at Online E-procurement Portals.

Experience of Operation activities prepare SO, process for Billing, Warranty Contracts, Agreements, CMC/AMC Quotation, and Settle the Payments.

Assist in awarding contract to L1 bidders with proper follow-up till the completion of contract period and process to claim for payments.

Coordination with Sales Employees of different territories for Tender Related queries.

Coordination with the Finance department for EMD, Processing Fee, Performance Security Deposit, Bank Guarantee etc.

Follow-ups for refund of EMD, Security deposits & Bank Guarantee for closed tenders.

Preparation of Rate Contract/ Agreement as and when required.

Proper filing of Tender Documents & Agreements.

Qualifications: Graduate/Masters in science from reputed Universities/ Colleges/ Institutes
