    Assistant Manager – Customer Success


    CTC:
    Up to INR 8.5 L per annum
    Annual Retention Bonus – 10%. This is part of your CTC and released after you complete a year with us (Subject of course to you being on our payroll and not serving a notice period.)

    What does a day in the life of an AM-Customer Success look like?

    • Strengthen relationships with our clients and ensure a robust NPS.
    • Manage largescale campaigns and track projects using CRM systems.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Understand clients' marketing objectives and collaborate with internal teams, including sales, strategy, content production, and others, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and projects.
    • Conduct regular checkins and arrange performance reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, identify improvement areas, and arrange to provide optimization recommendations.
    • Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue.
    • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative and executable solutions.
    • Organize regular client training sessions and workshops to educate them on content marketing and industry developments.
    What will you bring to the table?

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • 3+ years experience in a customer success or account management role, necessarily in a digital agency or marketing environment.
    • Clear understanding of content marketing and familiarity with digital marketing.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    • Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and identifying opportunities.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to appreciate data and other metrics.
    • Prior experience with monthly revenue reporting and MIS reporting.
    • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems and collaboration software.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate efforts across multiple departments.
