Responsibilities :-Guides the technical vision and execution of a software project/initiative/technology.-Technical direction, implementation choices, establishment of best practices, and technical standards-Drivecommunities, Engg Efficiency/Innovation -Foresee SW technology change & quick adaption-Technical steering of the team to deliver with KPIs – Quality and delivery-Estimate the complexity of problem & prioritize according to customer relevance-Goal and performance evaluation of the team-Competence development of the team.-Ability to Lead a team of peopleAdded advantage if the candidate works in Scrum Methodology Additional information
